That’s why we’ve partnered with Lyft, the fastest growing on-demand transportation service in the nation as one more option for quick, safe, and easy-to-schedule rides to virtually anywhere you want to go.
Clients may travel with their caregivers, or, rides can be requested between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., simply by calling our office. Adding this option to our highly customized care offering allows clients the highest level of independence and mobility possible.

Independence is important, so leave the driving to Healing Care Advocates, LLC. We will coordinate with Lyft to ensure safe and reliable transportation. Additionally, every Lyft driver is required to pass a rigorous background check, vehicle inspection, and possess a good driving record.

1st. Call Office to Dispatch ride.
2nd Tell Dispatch where you want to go and we will make arrangements with the Lyft Concierge.
3rd. The Lyft driver will pick you up and take you to your destination.
4th. Rides are automatically charged to your invoice. Tips are not required.
